We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives faulty contact us immediately within 48-hours so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
Please be mindful when making a purchase as refunds are not offered for change of mind, Where appropriate exchanges or store credit may be provided to one of the same value or greater. All returns need to be sent via courier as we do not offer in-person exchanges.
