At Nova Jewellery, we aim to deliver your pieces with care and efficiency.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand
  • Australia
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada

Shipping Rates

New Zealand:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 NZD
  • $8.10 flat rate on orders under $100 NZD

International:

  • Australia: $15 NZD flat rate
  • United States: $25 NZD flat rate
  • United Kingdom: $25 NZD flat rate
  • Canada: $25 NZD flat rate

Estimated Delivery Times

  • New Zealand: 2-5 business days
  • Australia: 5-10 business days
  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada: 7-14 business days

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays & Responsibility

Nova Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or events outside of our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Nova Jewellery is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.
