  • Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and damp environments.
  • Gently clean with a soft polishing cloth only. Do not use paper towels or abrasive materials.

Warranty

Each Nova Jewellery piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

If your bracelet presents a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear images. Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair or replacement.

Returns

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
